Common questions
Which file types can I upload?
The instant quote reads STL and 3MF files. For STEP, OBJ or other formats, send the request with a download link in the notes and we will price it for you.
How accurate is the instant estimate?
It is calculated from your model's volume, surface and size with our standard print settings. Most jobs come in close to the estimate. We confirm the final price before printing, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
Can you print in more than one colour?
Yes, up to four colours in a single print in PLA, PETG or ABS. Choose Multicolour in the quote tool. If you painted your model in Bambu Studio, upload the 3MF and we print your colour layout. For an STL, tell us which part should be which colour. Multicolour prints use extra material for colour changes, which the estimate includes. TPU prints in one colour.
What is the largest part you can print?
Up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm in one piece. Larger models can usually be split into sections and joined after printing.
How long does it take?
It depends on print duration and quantity. The quote tool shows an estimate based on your model. Small parts are often ready within a day or two.
I do not have a 3D file. Can you still help?
Yes. Describe the part in the request with measurements or photos and we will get back to you about modelling it.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Choose delivery in the request and tell us your area. The delivery fee is confirmed with your quote. You can also pick up your order.
